• 1.5 oz 10th Mountain Vodka⁣
• .5 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth ⁣
• .25 oz Yellow Chartreuse ⁣
• .25 oz Ginger Syrup⁣
• .25 oz Lime Juice ⁣
• .75 oz Orange Juice⁣
• 1 dash Orange Bitters ⁣
• 2-3 oz Seltzer ⁣

• Combine all ingredients except seltzer with ice in tin and shake.⁣
• Strain into Collins glass over large spear of clear ice, add seltzer, give it a stir and garnish with a long orange twist in the glass ⁣

10th Mountain distillery is up in the mountains of Colorado in the Vail valley and though focused on whiskey, they also make a really quality Vodka. It is a 100% non-gmo potato vodka produced from Colorado potatoes and mountain spring water. It has a very clean lightly floral flavor with an earthy undertone.
