Backyard BBQ

1.5 oz Bourbon 

.5 oz Peach Liqueur 

.5 oz Zucca Rabarbaro

.25 oz Honey Syrup 

.5 oz Lemon

Pinch of salt

Pepsi

Combine all ingredients except Pepsi in a shaker with a large piece or full scoop of ice, shake, and strain over a large cube of clear ice in a Double Old Fashioned glass.

Top up with Pepsi and garnish with a lemon wedge.

Honey Syrup

2:1 Honey to Water - Combine in a saucepan over low heat and stir until fully combined.

Let cool and store at room temperature.
