1 oz Campari⁣
1 oz Cocchi Dopo Teatro Vermouth Amaro⁣

Combine all ingredients in a double old fashioned glass with a large cube of clear ice, stir, and garnish with an orange slice (blood orange if you can.⁣

Dopo Teatro a vermouth amaro from Cocchi that blends their chocolatey Vermouth di Torino with a heavier dose of bitter botanicals and some Barolo Chinato to round it out and give it a bit of a deeper body. The added bitter element helped temper the sweetness of the blood orange gin and kept the whole thing in balance. For a slightly sweeter and chocolatier version use Cocchi Vermouth Di Torino.⁣
