Garden Variety Fizz

• 1.5 oz Garden Herb 10th Mountain Moonshine⁣⁣
• .5 oz Suze ⁣⁣
• .25 oz Amaro Montenegro ⁣⁣
• .5 oz Ginger Syrup⁣⁣
• .75 oz Lemon Juice⁣⁣
• .5 oz Egg White⁣⁣
• 2 oz Cold Seltzer ⁣⁣

• Combine all ingredients except seltzer in a tin and dry shake⁣⁣
• Add a large chunk of ice and shake hard. ⁣⁣
• Strain into vessel of choice and let settle for a minute or two then pour in cold seltzer.⁣⁣
• Garnish with edible flowers and micro herb garden. ⁣⁣

Garden Herb Moonshine ⁣⁣
Combine fresh cut rosemary, basil, thyme, and chives with moonshine in a mason jar for 48 hours. Fine strain and use within a day or two as it loses its color and bright flavor fairly quickly. ⁣⁣

Ginger Syrup ⁣⁣
Boil 30g of fresh peeled ginger in 300g of water until it has reduced at least in half. Add equal weight raw cane sugar to ginger water and stir until all sugar crystals have dissolved. Remove from heat and fine strain into sealable glass container to be stored in fridge⁣⁣
