2 oz Plantation Xaymaca Jamaican Pot Still Rum
.5 oz Lime Juice
.25 oz Orange Oleo Saccharum
Thomas Henry Ginger Beerz
Combine first three ingredients in a highball glass and give a quick stir.
Add a collins spear of clear ice or fill up with cubes, fill with ginger beer, lift ice from the bottom to fully combine.
Express orange twist and place in drink for garnish.

Peel an orange, cover peels with sugar, and let sit for several hours. Pour syrup into sealable container and squeeze the daylights out of the peels to get the last bits of goodness.
