2 oz Zucca Rabarbaro
2 oz Secret Squirrel Cold Brew Coffee
4 oz Thomas Henry Tonic to fill
Combine Zucca Rabarbaro and cold brew in a tin with plenty of ice, short shake and strain over a tall spear of clear ice in a highball or Collins glass.
Caramelize sugar and bitters on an orange slice with a brûlée torch and let cool.
Add tonic, slide orange slice into glass, top up with tonic, and garnish with caramelized sugar and bitters disk
