1 oz Malfy Con Limone Gin
1 oz Raspberry Infused Campari
1 oz Cocchi Dopo Teatro
Combine all ingredients over a large cube of clear ice, stir, and garnish with a lemon wheel.

Raspberry Infused Campari
I put a dozen or so raspberries and 6 oz of Campari in a iSi cream whipper and charged it with two canisters gently shaking after each charge. I then let it sit for an hour (mostly because I was still setting up the studio) and ran it through a fine mesh strainer and a coffee filter.
