Moscow Mule

2 oz Vodka

.5 - .75 oz Ginger Stock

.5 oz Lime Juice

4 oz Pepsi

Build in glass, copper, or metal mug, give a stir before and after adding Pepsi.  

Garnish with a lime wedge. A mint bouquet can also be a nice addition here.

Ginger Beer Stock

120 g Raw Ginger

1 Liter Water

1 Lemon Zested

1/2 Lemon Juiced

1/2 Lime Zested

1 Orange Twist ( 3 inch x 1 inch piece of peel with no pith)

5 Black Peppercorns

30 g Raw Cane Sugar


Shred and press or juice ginger and set juice aside.

Add ginger pulp, citrus zest, and black peppercorns to 1 liter or water in a saucepan over medium heat and lightly boil until reduced in half. Strain and let cool.

Add 3 g sugar per oz of Ginger Broth and the raw ginger juice that was set aside and stir/shake/blend until all sugar crystals have dissolved. 

Store in a sealable glass container in the fridge and let sit for 2 days before use. The flavors will continue to develop the longer it sits.


Approx 2 oz Ginger Stock : 1 can of Pepsi = Ginger Beer
