.25 oz Zucca Rabarbaro
1 tsp Clear Creek Apple Brandy
.25 oz Lemon Juice
3 oz Thomas Henry Coffee Tonic
Build in glass starting with the first 4 ingredients, add a highball spear of clear ice, give a quick stir.
Top up with coffee tonic, one more stir, and garnish with toasted coconut flakes.
