1 oz Papaya Infused 10th Mtn Moonshine
.5 oz C.J. Wray Dry Rum
.5 oz Dry Curaçao
.5 oz Orgeat
.75 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Coconut milk/oil to clarify
.5 oz Strawberry Infused C.J. Wray float
• Pour 3 oz chilled coconut milk punch over a large block of ice in a double Old Fashioned or Mai Tai glass.
• Float strawberry rum and garnish with mint stuffed mini strawberry.

Papaya Infused 10th Mtn. Moonshine
Remove seeds and skin from fresh ripe papaya and place in glass jar. Fill with moonshine, cover, and let sit for 3 days. Fine strain into clean jar.

Strawberry Infused Dry Rum
Remove tops from strawberries, slice and place in jar with C.J. Wray Dry Rum. Let sit for 2 days then strain through fine mesh and coffee strainers into sealable glass jar.

Coconut Milk Punch
Heat .5 oz unrefined coconut oil and .5 oz canned coconut milk (not light) over low heat. Once melted pour into mason jar. Combine remaining ingredients except strawberry rum in a tin with plenty of ice, shake, and pour into jar with coconut mixture. Seal and shake several times an hour for 3 hours then place in freezer. Let chill long enough for coconut oils to solidify at the top but not fully freeze. Strain through fine mesh and coffee strainers into clean jar to be sealed and stored in the fridge.
