Palisade Peach

• 1.5 oz Peach Infused 10th Mountain Moonshine⁣
• .5 oz Dolin Dry⁣
• .5 oz Lemon Juice⁣
• .25 oz Demerara Syrup 2:1⁣
• 1 teaspoon 10th Mountain Alpenglow Cordial⁣
• 1 dash Orange Bitters⁣
• 1 dash Angostura Bitters⁣
• 4 slices of peach to muddle⁣

• Muddle fresh peach slices in tin with demerara syrup and cordial.⁣
• Add remaining ingredients and plenty of ice, shake, and double strain over 1" cubes in a double rocks glass.⁣
• Garnish with a peach fan⁣

Peach Infused Moonshine⁣
Slice fresh ripe palisade peach with skin on and place in jar. Cover with moonshine, seal, let sit for 4 days, and fine strain.⁣

100% Colorado corn mash that is cut with mountain spring water and bottled un-aged at 40% abv. ⁣
