Piña Co-Old Fashioned

• 2 oz Coconut Fat Washed 10th Mountain Bourbon⁣
• 1 tsp Pineapple Demerara ⁣
• 2 Dashes Tiki Bitters⁣

• Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with plenty of ice, stir, and strain over a large cube of clear ice in a Double Old Fashioned glass.⁣
• Express Orange twist and discard.⁣
• Garnish with single pineapple leaf and cherry on a pick.⁣

Coconut Fat Washed Bourbon⁣
Melt 1/4 oz unrefined organic coconut oil for every 2 oz of whiskey you intend to use. Once melted combine with whiskey in a mason jar, seal and shake. Let sit at room temp for 4 hours shaking periodically then freeze. Once the coconut oil has solidified at the top of the jar remove from freezer, remove solidified oils, and strain through both fine mesh and coffee strainers into new mason jar or sealable glass container.⁣⁣⁣

Pineapple Demerara⁣
2:1 Raw organic Demerara sugar to pineapple juice. Stir over low heat until all sugar crystals have dissolved and fine strain into sealable glass container to be stored in the fridge once cooled.⁣

Tiki Bitters⁣⁣⁣⁣
Combine grapefruit peel, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, allspice, and ginger with a 50/50 blend of Everclear and Wray & Nephew and let sit for 10 days. Fine strain and blend with Angostura Aromatic Bitters. ⁣⁣⁣⁣
