Historical Detail
The east coast of Nicaragua was actually British territory for 165 years during they heyday of piracy. Having done a bit more research, I read that Teach took this ship from the French who had commandeered it from the English. I hadn't known about that historical detail when designing the drink, and now might lean more toward an aged Agricole, but this version was really smooth.
