Reveries of Linen
1.5 oz Malfy con Limone Gin
.5 oz Lemon Juice
.25 oz Lavender Syrup
3 oz Faire la Fete Brut
Add gin, lemon juice, and lavender syrup to a champagne flute and fill up with cold Brut or other dry sparkling white wine.
Garnish with a sprig of lavender.

Lavender Syrup
Boil water with a 50/50 blend of fresh and dried lavender flowers until water has reduced in half. Add equal volume organic raw sugar and stir until all sugar crystals have dissolved. Fortify it with a bit of vodka if you want it to last longer.
