Whiskey Not So Sour
• 1.5 oz 10th Mountain Bourbon
• .25 oz Yellow Chartreuse
• .25 oz Suze
• .75 oz Lemon Juice
• .25 oz Simple Syrup
• .5 oz Egg White
• Combine all ingredients in tin and dry shake.
• Add one large cube of ice and shake hard, double strain, and garnish with Angostura Bitters.

The Suze and Yellow Chartreuse bring bitter and herbal complexity to this classic, but they also have higher sugar content than whiskey and distinctive honey flavors so I dropped the simple syrup volume to keep the drink balanced.
