Wonder Swizzle

• 1.5 oz Angostura White Oak⁣
• .5 oz Wray and Nephew Overproof⁣
• .5 oz Hamilton 151 (float)⁣
• .75 oz Pineapple Juice⁣
• .5 oz Lime Juice⁣
• .5 oz Ginger Syrup⁣
• 2 Dashes Tiki Bitters⁣
• 2 oz Wonder Drink Tropical Mango Kombucha ⁣


• Combine all ingredients except kombucha and Hamilton's in a tall glass 3/4 filled with crushed ice and swizzle.⁣
• Add kombucha, quick swizzle, top with more crushed ice and float Hamilton's⁣
• Garnish with an edible flower and cocktail umbrella ⁣

Combine grapefruit peel, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, allspice, and ginger with a 50/50 blend of everclear and Wray & Nephew Overproof and let sit for 10 days. Fine strain and blend with Angostura Aromatic Bitters⁣
